A POWERFUL REMOTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
GTS shall implement Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS) in all the managed sites in order to monitor and collect the site’s power information such as diesel consumption, power availability, battery status and various levels of alarms. The RMS controllers shall be connected to GTS’s in-country Network Operation Center (NOC) that is located in GTS’s office at LIMBE and operated 24 x 7 by skilled and trained personnel.
